Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with field grey reverse liner, the obverse with the monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, above a date of 27. 1. 1934, topped by an inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE (FOR LOYAL SERVICE), the reverse with a raised depiction of the House Order of Hohenzollern, unmarked, measuring 30. 53 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
